PLTU SUMSEL-5
PLTU Sumsel-5 as our first power plant began construction in May 2013 and 3 years later started operating in December 2016. Located in Sindang Marga, Bayung Lencir, Musi Banyuasin Regency, PLTU Sumsel-5 has contributed to the supply of electricity to PLN for region of South Sumatera and has significantly helped reducing numbers of rotating blackouts.

Moreover, the existence of PLTU Sumsel-5 has also provided many job opportunities for the locals and indirectly gives positive impact on the economic growth of surrounding communities. PLTU Sumsel-5 will continue its operations until 2041 in accordance with the Power Purchase Agreement.

As an Independent Power Producer that always complies with regulations that apply at various aspects of carrying out its operations, PLTU Sumsel-5 has proven being able to provide its best performance and received numbers of prestigious awards. Two of them are Zero Accident Award from the Ministry of Manpower in 2019 and the Subroto Award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2021. We successfully won 1st place in the Emission Seller Subcategory for 100-400MW Mine Mouth Power Plant at the Subroto Awards.

What we have and what we do at our Sumsel Plant
PLTU KENDARI-3
PLTU Kendari-3 is DDPI second power plant began its construction in September 2016 and 3 years later started commercial operation in October 2019. PLTU Kendari-3 has contributed to providing electricity supply for Southeast Sulawesi and been able to support the electricity system of South Sulawesi (Sulbagsel) through 150 kV interconnection line.

Moreover, the existence of PLTU Kendari-3 has also provided many job opportunities for the locals and indirectly has a positive impact on the economic growth of surrounding communities, especially to support nickel smelter business in Kendari. PLTU Kendari-3 will continue its operations until 2044 in accordance with the Power Purchase Agreement.

PLTU Kendari-3 has capacity of 2x50MW and located in Tanjung Tiram Village, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. PLTU Kendari-3 had won Zero Accident Award and had achieved the Platinum Award for Covid-19 Prevention and Control in 2022 from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.

What we have and what we do at our Kendari Plant
PLTU KALTENG-1
PLTU Kalteng-1 is our third power plant with the capacity of 2x100MW, located in Tumbang Kajuei, Rungan, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan. PLTU Kalteng-1 has contributed to the electricity supply for the region of Central Kalimantan. The electricity supply from PLTU Kalteng-1 is expected to meet with the electricity needs in Central Kalimantan Province, especially Gunung Mas Regency where electricity sources in the area remain minimum. PLTU Kalteng-1 had survived numerous grid disturbances by optimizing its FCB protection system and managed plant reliability accountable from time to time.

Moreover, the existence of PLTU Kalteng-1 has also provided many job opportunities for the locals and indirectly has a positive impact on the economic growth of surrounding communities. PLTU Kalteng-1 will continue its operations until 2045 in accordance with the Power Purchase Agreement.

PLTU Kalteng-1 received the Best Performance Power Plant Award in 2022 from PLN Kalimantan and already achieved the Golden Flag Certification of SMK3.
