Datang Indonesia Regional Chemical Procurement Tender

Project Scope
We hereby invite suppliers to participate in the tender for chemical procurement. This tender covers chemical materials supply for the power plant the following companies operating power plants:
• PT Meulaboh Power Generation
• PT DSSP Power Sumsel
• PT DSSP Power Kendari
• PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan

Main chemicals to be supplied include Synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use, NaOH Liquide, Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC), and other related chemicals.

Procurement Model
Centralized Joint Tendering + Separate Contract Execution with each company above.
Price evaluation shall be based on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to each power plant.

Participation Registration Requirements
Interested suppliers shall submit the participation documents as follows:
1. Company profile
2. Business license or NIB
3. Relevant qualification documents
4. Stamped Letter of Participation

For the relevant qualification documents requirement and the format of the stamped letter of participation as mentioned in Point 3 and Point 4 above, please send a request to the contact person as mentioned below to be provided with the respective qualification document requirements and format.

Please submit the participation documents before 13:00 noon on June 7, 2026.
