DDPI Participates in Sinar Mas Graduation 2025: “From Learning to Leading: Shaping the Future Today”
JAKARTA, December 10, 2025 – PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia (DDPI) took part in the Sinar Mas Graduation 2025 ceremony, held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Jakarta. This annual event serves as a ceremonial milestone for all graduates of development programs across Sinar Mas business units.
This year with total of 625 graduates from various Sinar Mas development programs were recognized for completing their learning journeys throughout the year. Carrying the theme “From Learning to Leading: Shaping the Future Today,” the event also featured an inspiring talk show designed to motivate graduates to continue developing themselves and to prepare for future leadership roles within the Sinar Mas Group.
DDPI participated in both onsite and online formats. Four outstanding graduates from DDPI’s development programs were invited to attend the ceremony in person:
1. Natanael Rudolf – Best Graduates of EDP 12 (IPP Kalteng)
2. M. Farid Rahardjo – Best Graduates of EDP 13 (IPP Kendari)
3. M. Rizaldi – Best Graduates of PTPL 8 (IPP Kalteng)
4. Vicky Restu – Best Graduates of PTPL 9 (IPP Sumsel)
In addition to the onsite attendees, the other 18 EDP & PTPL graduates joined the event online via Zoom from three of our power plants.
DDPI hopes that all graduates will continue to uphold the values of continuous learning and professional excellence as they progress in their careers. The company also expects that this event will further strengthen the shared commitment across Sinar Mas to develop future leaders from within, ensuring sustainable growth for the organization and meaningful contributions to the communities we serve.
