PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia Wins "Indonesia Best Companies in Creating Leaders from Within 2025" Award
JAKARTA, December 11, 2025 – PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia (DDPI) once again demonstrated its strong commitment to employee development by receiving the prestigious award: "Indonesia Best Companies in Creating Leaders from Within 2025: Transforming Organization, Empowering People."
The award ceremony, organized by SWA Media Group (Indonesia’s leading business magazine) and NBO Consultant, was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.
During the judging process, DDPI’s HR team presented how the company’s talent development programs, including EDP and PTPL together with other HR initiatives, collectively support employee advancement and leadership readiness. These initiatives have enabled employees to progress into key positions, strengthened DDPI’s talent pipeline, and contributed to the development of future leaders from within the organization.
