Dear Sir or Madam

We are PT DSSP Power Sumsel inviting your company for the requirement as follow:


PR 100001416 New EDG Engineering, Procurement, and construction (EPC)


Please see the attachment for Scope of Work, and the others attachment.

As part of the Bidding/ Tender for this Service project as mentioned above, please find the points that are Mandatory to fulfill, as follow:
(1) All foreigners (not Indonesian citizen) when coming to work at DSSP Power Sumsel/ DSSP Power Kendari / SKS Listrik Kalimantan premise should possess themselves a legal Working Permit issued by the Immigration Authority of the Republic of Indonesia.
(2) The Payment Term:
Payment term as follow:
Down Payment : 10% -30 days after contract signing and against advance payment bond Bank Guarantee(10%) .
Progress Payment :40%- against Material, Equipment and EDG on Sumsel site as confirmed by Owner.
Completion Payment : 45% after job completion certificate (BAST) accepted and approved by DSSP Power Sumsel.
Retention : 5% -12 months after completion date


(3) When awarded the Tender, Vendor must immediately provide Bank Guarantee as Advance Payment Bond (10%) and Performance Bond amounting 10% of total awarded Value (contract value) which is valid until 2 weeks after the designated completion date on dd/mm/yyyy.
(4) Vendor must do the site survey at Sumsel Site and send the email for Site Survey Schedule to idwar.paisal ; inghon.silalahi@dsspower.co.id
(5) The Technical Proposal submit to Procurement by latest 10 April 2026 before 17:00 Western Indonesia Time (dateline).
(6) The Commercial Proposal submit to Procurement ( after technical proposal accepted and approved by DSSP-Tobe Informed by DSSP)

NOTE: Price per items already include the freight cost to our site.
All vendor must have the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership for Service Job
Please Sign + Stamp the SOW (scope of work) and attached to your proposal.
Vendor must have the verify and valid Permits and Licenses related to the Job Service, therefore please provide the related licenses
